I’m starting what I hope is a weekly “Where in the world?” series of posts. I’ll have a view from Google Earth, and you try to figure out where it is. You can submit your answer with a comment, but don’t peek at the comments until you have given it a good try. My only clue: it’s a volcano.
I got the idea from Ron Shott’s Geology Home Companion Blog. I figure my audience is completely different than his, and I will likely include some things that are not quite so geological, so I don’t think that is a problem.
